Someone knows the zoom ratio between runescape surface map and RS minimap? i just try scale runescape world map as minimap scale size.

Not sure what the scale difference is but they have different colours which is why cannot be used to replace SPS map

I'l try create custom sps map from SPS or Runescape surface map as programmatic.

Grab screenshots from ur minimap ingame and use Photoshop Magic to clip em together ;) Google got a Nice tut on how to Do it

The scale of the Minimap is equal to that of the official Java-based World Map at 100% zoom, or exactly 16 pixel-lengths2 = 1 square. Alternatively, the conversion 4 pixel-lengths = 1 square-length may be used. When perfectly aligned along the horizontal and vertical axes, the Minimap displays a circular area with a radius of exactly 19 square-lengths.

We, I am not sure who, already made that. It was fast script that moved quickly through the map and saved all the images to one big image.

I see my name on the credits, not sure what I did, but that was probably the one I meant. But I was searching for the dev thread about it.

There was a tool for SPS that did that, called mapmaker.simba. I can't seem to find it anywhere though.
Edit: what p1ng linked to creates it from the in-game world map, that's not what we are looking for.

Oh you mean the runescape world map jagex made downloadable? That one isn't accurate.

I think the ancient SPS that is linked here migth have mapmaker.simba, which does what OP wants.

I'm Quite sure Making an SPS map from the world map is inaccurate, The most accurate way to make an SPS Map is to grab the minimap while in game.

I get the Idea he wants to use MiniMap Images to create the world Map.
