4m Agility Xp In a Day

So The highest level agility course is the advanced barbarian, making you a max of 70k/hr (If ever lap is perfect). Even if you do this for 24 hours, thats 1.6m xp..

How do people i see on Runetrack and stuff get 4m agility xp in a day??

Possibly saving lamps…etc. Stuff like that.

Effigies most likely. People used to save up 100s of those and open on a single day. 100x43k (xp from lamp at 99 agil) = 4m xp not even including the stages where you need agility to open it further.

Nah they nerfed that, there's a limit on how many you can have now.

Brawling gloves, penance horns, xp lamps, effigies, etc. Plus runetracker is just buggy.

They did, but some people still have shitloads of effigies stored in their banks.

The nerf only affected storage after the update. Players still had heaps of effigies stocked up. Now you can only have like 10 at a time IIRC

A maximum of 5 and they get significantly more difficult to get as you have more.

Actually theres more to spins and effigies.
There are two minigames that allow you to stack tickets and points for rewards and xp. Cashing in those points allow to get anywhere from 1m-4m+ agil xp in a day.
