Seeing that you are posting in 'SRL Public Forum' ;), yes even a single report (with sufficient evidence) will get you perm banned from villavu. Scamming is really low..on villavu or otherwise.

Don't be disgusting.
Earn your money either by botting or skilling.
Don't con other people out of their hard earned money for trusting another human being.

Im not going to scam. It is because I report a lot of scammers and it seems nothing happens to them. I was wondering if Jagex actually do something

A scammer would approach a victim who owns a valuable item, such as Bandos tassets. The scammer would offer to give the victim his own Bandos tassets if the victim lent the scammer his tassets until logout. The scammer would accept on the first screen, but decline on the second, hoping that the victim would not notice the "Other player declined trade." message. If fooled, the victim would believe that he now owned the scammer's tassets, and that his tassets were lent to the scammer. The scammer would then request that the victim trade return "his" tassets to him in trade – in fact, the victim would be giving his own tassets to the scammer, and the scammer would run off with both tassets.
In response to this scam, on 4 January 2012, Jagex made the "Other player declined trade!" message easier to read in the chat box.
Some scammers have continued to use this scam even after the update, by requiring that the victim join his friends chat and set the chat interface to friends chat only. This filters out all game messages, including the "Other player declined trade!" message.

I never personnally thought u wouldn't get anything other than a mute. but here's a story of a friend.
runescape wiki's explanition of the scam :
He would do this with god armour in ftp worlds. He had a green mask and would say giving away green mask. loads iof ppl trade him and he tells the ones in god armour that they can have it if he can trust them. He made an amazing 15m an hour! he was highly effective and i even saw a lv 110 giveaway a set of sara, guthix and zammy
ot: he got rolled back without warning he never even got muted first for his scam. his 105 lv acc got rolled back to 3 and only thing he was allowed to keep was his red mask
