If you were using Simba and the SRL include you could use HPPercent as a trigger to do this, but I don't think SRL works with SCAR anymore.

I think it has something similar though, like the OSI Include? That might have what you are looking for. If all else you could look at the documentation for SRL and the HPPercent function to see how it works.

if HpPercent<40 then
  EatingProcedure;//put your procedure to eat here

This would be it if you were using Simba with our include. check what HPPercent uses to replicate in SCAR, as Silent said.

Litoris i'm trying to use it, but i'm not using S.M.A.R.T trying to make a script for a private server at the moment how would the command work without SMART? can i set up smart for a private server?

No, you cannot use SMART with a private server in it's distributed state.
