PA and MMOExchange I would recommend over sythe any day, unless you're a long-standing member of that community nobody trusts you and unless the person you are trading with is a long-standing member of that community I wouldn't trust them, either.

I still wouldn't take the risk, I've been scammed on 3 account sales now…
I guess its down to the truthfulness and validity of the people you're trading with.
