I know there isn't a way to fully make a simba script, or any program for that matter un-shareable, but is there something like HWID I can use to at least add a little bit of protection to my private scripts?

A script is just a text file. You can not protect him, because any defense in the script elementary removed. But I think - you could obfuscate their code.

StarBlaster100 used to do some pretty heavy obfuscation. To prevent sharing he had a game key kinda of system. Each user got a key, had to look at the server to run and verify it's key. His server would suspend that key it was coming in from too many IPs. But you also have to build that system all throughout your script so that your script won't run if somebody tries to take out the system. It's pretty complex.
