SRL Archive - RuneScape News and General

After looking online for hours, I happened to find this site with a huge account list. I'm talking like, 8k account names.

Now, this isn't like the "First 2000 Runescape Accounts" list, this one is of the first accounts created during 2001 and 2002. How can they even find that out?

Anyways, I downloaded all 3 .txt files (had to do some offers, which was pretty annoying), and got the entire list. It looks legit, I just have no idea what to do with them.

There's just so many!

do any of them actually log in? Im sure most of the password have been changed since then. Otherwise, you can put up all the 3 letter names on playerauctions, get ~100$ each, not sure exactly how much.

People like to use those lists to recover old accounts that (hopefully) have rares on them.

There's no passwords.. Just account names.

Yeah, I noticed that.

Whatever, just sort through them until you find an easy one to do. Took me like 12 seconds to finish all 3.

I agree post count alone shouldn't be the biggest factor but you definitely can't use the fact you have been a member here longer as a seniority.

No offence but it just goes to show that in your ~year of being here you only bothered to comment on people's discussions or script pages 7 times?

And yeah, I'll admit, the offers were a pain in the ass.

But I don't blame the guy. He probably made what, $0.70 off me? If I know how to do that, I'd do it too.

Someone post the lists without the damn survey thing, too lazy to do a survey that may potentially take 30minutes and not even end up giving me the file in the end.
