How much would Free-Trade accounts be, say, minimal stats/GP?

Just need them to be able to trade without a limit.

how long ago did they have to be made to avoid the trade limit? or how can i test?

I've seen them go for $5, don't know if that's the current price though.
You can test by trading >25,000 gp from the account to a different account.

I have a fair few, they are email log in, but pre trade limit

Well, technically all they have to have done to them is be membered and then the membership runs out and you're fine.

Or have an account from before that crap was introduced..

If it is the first then it will probably be> 5$ since the membership alone was greater, if the second it could just be people old accounts and be any value they want.

I also have 2 more accounts that are almost identical to those, except that one has 57 wc'ing and 59 cooking, and the other one has just the 57 wc'ing.

Can't you buy membership for like $2 for the first time and the trade limit gets lift?
