Just wanted to let my extended family, the SRL community, know how I'm going in my studies (that I've been doing instead of being on SRL)! I've actually still been reading the forums and stuff, but I've refrained from posting so I can concentrate and don't get too involved!

Okay, so.. a quick update for those who don't know, I'm doing my final year of secondary schooling in Australia, NSW, completing my HSC. If I go well, it guarantees my entry into any tertiary course I could dream of! (still haven't decided hehe)

The subjects I'm doing:
  • 4 unit maths (highest)
  • Chemistry
  • Physics
  • Standard english (compulsory :( )
  • Sofware design and development
I would like you to know that I'm ranked in the top 5 for each subject except english (who needs that one right? :p). And we've just finished the trial exams - one step away from the final exams!!

I should be back straight after it finishes (November some time?) and will let you know my results when I get them!

But for now, I need to get back to study :p But before I leave - I want to show you guys a sneak peak of what I just whipped up in 15 minutes!

HUGE shoutout to Kyle Undefined for being extremely supportive to me !! Keeping my runescape account alive and running :') He deserves an applause  Cheers to everyone else and hope you all have good days!! When I get back, I'm going to give SRL everything I've got!

PS: I turn 18 (legal drinking age here) in 15 days :o 22AUGUST :D :D

G'day -daazndagger-,

Good luck with your HSC! :) I'm doing mine this year, too. And, lucky me, I get a two week break because my damned school didn't set any exams for me (we're doing our trials at the moment, how are you going in yours?).

What are your course marks for each of those subjects, btw? :) Also, I am about to write up a set of very detailed summary notes for SDD, would you like them as-well?

EDIT: Also, rename your script before you release it to the public :p

Regards,
~ Daniel.

Sup Daniel!

Thankyou, and goodluck for your's too! Also, congratz on Super Mod ;) I have one more trial exam to go actually; Extension 1 maths. I've been feeling pretty confident about all of the exams so far which is good! Our school does the CSSA trials, which are deemed to be pretty hard, so I feel excellent :)

I'm not too sure on my course marks actually; I've mainly only been keeping rankings in my head. But as long as I'm at the top of my cohort is all that really matters to me at the moment ahhahah.

Yes, I would enjoy reading your SDD notes ;) I'm coming first at the moment in SDD, and to be honest I'm not trying. And I feel like a massive cocky prick when I say that, but, to be fair, there are 5 people in our class :p I have the experience.

What subjects are you doing? I'm almost finished summaries for Physics and Chemistry if you want them :)

I don't think I'l release that script to the public ;) Just for SRL members! It makes some killer profit - the problem is buying the potions though :/ especially during this inflation I'm reading about!

EDIT: SDD are my spare units (backup, if you like) since I have 13 units

Our school make their own, based on the Catholic and Independent papers, as-well as a few other made up questions placed in (which are usually hell).

You should pay attention to your course mark if you aren't ranked first ;) It's the relative gaps from your position to the one previous that count towards your ATAR.

Haha, as am I :P It's such an easy subject. Although, we have 15 kids :p

What subjects are you doing?

I'm doing:
  • Advanced English
  • SDD
  • Physics
  • Modern History, and,
  • Engineering Studies
I dropped Mathematics (3-unit & 2-unit) altogether since I performed worst in those subjects (~B's compared to my other A's), which gives me some nice spare time :D

I'm almost finished summaries for Physics… if you want them :)

Yus please :D Everything helps :P (I don't do Chemistry btw).

Yes, the ATAR calculations are very confusing, and I find it hard to really know what's going on from the different things people say! I really just gave up trying to understand it and just try my best!

For Physics, Chem, SDD, Ext1 Math, my ranking is very tightly packed with 3 or 4 other peers (with various gaps between us and the rest ranging between 5%-20%). In Ext2 Math, there are 2 people ahead of me by 10-20% ! They're absolutely crazy - getting in the 90s for each test (too much tutoring if you ask me). Then, I'm very closely packed with 2 others. The 3 of us are pretty much equal.

I'm aiming for 95+, but it's probably not even possible since I'm doing so poorly in English, but we'll see. If I don't get above 90 I'll literally cry :p I'm Asian after all :garfield:

I'll send over the Physics notes when I finish!

Looks like you are doing extremely well :P I also did the "highest/most diffult" maths here in The Netherlands. But it seems that maths is different everywhere.

What kind of stuff do you have to solve?
Wikipedia:
Further Mathematics (4 Units): Further Mathematics is considered to be the 2nd least demanding of the four maths subjects and is the "standard" maths course taken by Victorian students. It deals with topics including basic algebra, matrices, trigonometry, straight line geometry, business-related mathematics and other concepts

You can do what now Sin? o_O I don't have the requirements to make the flasks, so you might be talking about that NPC who does it after that quest?

Yeah you just need to give him noted flasks and noted potions that you want in flasks.
But I *think* I see where you're going, with an account that hasn't die the quest.
