WOW! I saved as jpg sadly and the quality is bad. The name is "Kick Start"

Wow, that is one hell of a lot of 99s… how quick was it?

I think this happens when someone has all their skills reached lvl99, right?

No,he had all those skills on 98 and got them all in 30 sec to 99 with lamps and little skilling

Nah, I'm quite sure it just gives a red message saying the player has achieved 99 in all skills.

He added me as friend :D

Haha what the hell? Only way would be to prepare it and have a bunch of lamps ready to go.

So I'm not wrong since that's what I said?

Someone actually got 25 99s in 1 day (all skills at 98 the day before ofc), and was believed to be the first person to achieve it so she/he received an official news post of congratulation. Lazy to find the news post but here is the official RS facebook link: http://www.facebook.com/notes/runescape/alibhon-and-the-quest-for-25-99s/10150311829512588

Wow that must taken him some long hours to get these stats :o
