There is a new dupe glitch where you can duplicate your money.

Found this on the maxed runescape forum, and I can't test it since it requires max cash. (2147m)

Method:

Have full inventory.
Have full money pouch.
Do the old crucible glitch.
GP falls onto the ground.
Pick it up.

Is this why GP dropped dramatically on diff sites? I saw a thread for cheap GP, you posted in the thread Justin…and I went over to PA to look and prices were RIDICULOUSLY cheap. Anyone think it's worth investing in GP right now possibly?

Yeah this is why GP dropped so much, someone released 200b into the game for .38-.40 and now the dupe has been leaked, I just checked the price of gold and its down to .33… I am guessing it will be .25 by the end of the day since YoHoJo posted it in the public section of Sythe

It still hasn't been fixed? Wow. Just wow. I think I might invest in a lot of it very soon…maybe within a few minutes…

My brother found a seller for 25ish, it was one lad who did it and got over 350b and sold it and ruined the market… curse him.

Once the dupe is fixed or it's rumored that he isn't selling it anymore…the price will go up again though.

Apparently it's not patched yet as the dupe was found on the weekend and Jagex don't work on the weekend. Yet this could be false and Jagex just want the game to die quicker

Would take months to recover as billions of GP has been released into the game, and now the dupe has been posted on public sites, more and more gp would be getting duped.

So when would this be patched you think? I'm about to drop $2000 on gold…and even if it takes months to get back to where it is…it's still profit for doing nothing.

I do believe it is possible that Jagex might be letting it happen to kill the RWT market. But they eventually will fix it. And the gold will go back up.

Could not Jagex simply trace the source of the duplication, and those that he/she traded with? Then, mass ban all RWT'ers. ;) Be weary.

This is definitely what I'm scared of, but I might take the risk. Highly considering.

Very true about the Jagex comment. Also about the other HUGE gold sellers. They were wiping accounts for a while, but I posted a thread about that US company buying them and haven't seen this being done along with banning accounts. Ahhh what to do what to do…hmm.

Not much. 100k isn't much unfortunately in the world we live in today. :/

Yeah. but with $100k you could blow $25k of it on whatever, use the other $75k for college to get a high paying job. Or a down payment on a house if that's your thing.

Something is the system would have to flag bills of unbalanced trades from level 30 and below to high levels in F2P worlds.. I'm sure of it.

Wow….. This is pretty incredible, shame I missed out on this. The version that worked with any amount that is.
