This msvcr100.dll is the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable dll that is needed for projects built with Visual Studio 2010. The dll letters spell this out.

i had this same problem so i downloaded the link given by chris, does this mean i have to re-install the MSCVR100.dll file again? because running MSI, getting the error still.
