I was considering going for a thieving 99 if good money could be made along the way, and that turns out to be true. However, in almost all of the master farmer thieving guides Ardougne cloak 3 is listed for increased chance of success, but the requirements for all easy, medium, and hard Ardougne tasks are pretty high. My question is, how much will not having the cloak affect me if I have ~95 thieving and gloves of silence, and at 100 (with cape)? Will I still be able to get decent money/hr? I'd like to know before I waste my time going for it.

At very high lvl it won't affect too much, u probably will only fail once every 10-30min. Having 58 agi lvl will also giv u chance to quadruple loot, which can help boost profit quite significantly.
