Well my vacations are ending soon, and I would like to buy a new cellphone since mine has 3-4 years old >.<. I don't know much about cell phones, so I would like what phone I should buy.
I won't spend more than 300$, and I will use it for listenning to music, browsing the internet, taking photos, editing the photos, sending mails, watching videos… I'm not really game lover, so I don't care much of games. I also would like to have a nice screen with a nice resolution…

(I don't care if the cellphone is not of a known brand, I just want a good cellphone and if it's possible the best for 250-300$)

So you're not on any contract or prefer any cell phone carrier?

Well I have a Galaxy Nexus and have had almost since it came out. Paid $250 for it with a Verizon 2 year contract. It's $100 now with the same plan.

The phones really nice, Great 4.65" HD display, front and rear cameras, 4g, easy to unlock bootloader and easy to root, and of course.. android <3

Only problems i have with it are that its made out of plastic and not metal and that it occasionally turns off by itself.

But Yeah the phone does everything you said you want it to do and a whole lot more (takes really Great pics/videos). Phones at a good price atm for what it does. Idk offhand though how much it is without a contract. Hope you chose a good phone, there's a lot out there :)

I have the HTC Evo Design 4G. I paid $300 for it and it's a great phone.

Unless you are a techy, just get an Iphone.
They are simple to use, they do everything you just asked for, and provide some of the greatest quality in Apps and customer care. (You can replace your iphone free, for a full year for basically anything and everything without buying a warranty)

If you buy an Iphone 4 with contract you are looking at $100, Iphone 4S you are looking at $150-200.

Im guessing you are looking for without contract (300 is a lot for with contract)

You should get an HTC Evo 4G or a Droid X

I use the samsung galaxy s and it is pretty nice, picture and vid quality are good also. But I would recommend you go after the galaxy s1 or s3. s2 has a really big screen and looks almost like a mini tablet. s3 is the newest and I'm pretty sure it is the best of all the galaxy s's

TBH nowdays you cant go wrong with any phone, just make sure its the latest quality screen design and that its 4g LTE.

galaxy S is an AMAZING phone, get that. The galaxy S3 costs more than 300$ in belgium.

Iphone 4S W/O Contact is more that $300.
HTC's are quite nice I have a Sensation XE Very nice phone.
