The latest SRL no longer use SmartSetup, read http://villavu.com/forum/showthread.php?t=84334 for all the changes, then modify ur code accordingly.

Also u dont have to assign ii to 0 at the start of the script, it's 0 by default.

program new;
{$DEFINE SMART}
{$i SRL\SRL.simba}

var
ii : integer;

Const
Memberss = True;
Textt = '';
Times = 100000; // how many times to repeat.
begin
ii := 0;
SetupSRL;
SmartSetupEx(10, Memberss, True, False);
Writeln('Please Pause the Script and login');
Writeln('Please Pause the Script and login');
Writeln('Please Pause the Script and login');
Writeln('Please Pause the Script and login');
Wait(20000);

Repeat
Inc(ii);
Wait(10);
Typesend(Textt);
Until(ii > Times);
end.

Close.. I put in comments the changes that I made. Nice to see you trying rather than requesting an auto-typer like alot of people who drop in here.
program new;
{$DEFINE SMART}
{$i SRL\SRL.simba}

var
ii: integer;

const
Memberss = True;
Textt = '';
Times = 100000;
begin
ii := 0;
SRL_SixHourFix := True; // Need to call this
Smart_FixSpeed := True; // And this, to properly set up SMART in your script
SetupSRL;
//SmartSetupEx(10, Memberss, True, False); You don't need this
Writeln('Please Pause the Script and login');
Writeln('Please Pause the Script and login');
Writeln('Please Pause the Script and login');
Writeln('Please Pause the Script and login');
Wait(20000);
repeat
Inc(ii);
Wait(10);
Typesend(Textt);
until (ii > Times);
end.

Couldn't tell you to be honest, Brandon/BenLand/someone else may know.

All I can suggest is make sure you are using Java 6 not Java 7.
Update your Simba, extensions and all plugins.
