Hobgoblin Botting Spot

If you're the fearful type, a good place to bot combat safely and somewhat effectively is the hobgoblin cage under in the Tree Gnome Village dungeon. If you don't know the location, the dungeon is found following the crack at the side of the metal fence; access is simple through use of gnome tree teleports (sorry about forgetting the formal name). The cage itself is accessed with A Key (literally) from the Waterfall Quest, the only real requirement needed. Inside the cage are over six hobgoblins (if my memory serves me well) within strikingly close proximity to each other.

Now i know what you're thinking: How can hobgoblins be good xp? To be honest, there are better methods. With 70 strength, 80 attack, and a whip I got only around 45-48k xp using RsBuddy's DutchFighter (no pic, just gotta take my word). BUT, what does make this spot great is its safety. From botting 70-93 defense I haven't seen a single person even enter the dungeon let alone enter the cage. Furthermore, although this is only a theory, the fact that the cage's inhabitants are quest-specific (Glorie is the only person in the cage prior to the Waterfall Quest's completion), no one should be able to see you PERIOD; this is sort of like how no more than one person can be fighting the same QBD. Also, the drops aren't half bad (limpwurt roots commonly along with various herbs) although i personally didn't care too much about the cash. Hope this helps!

EDIT: Courtesy of vaporak10, hobgoblins also drop a lot of charms, specifically gold.

Don't they drop charms quite often too?
Another good place is the skeletons in the Yanille agility dungeon. There are six skeletons cramped in one little room. Using good weapons and armor and a salve amulet (e) I get around 50-55k xp per hour but they have no good drops.
I have since moved onto armoured zombies tho.

Yeah gold I think, but that sounds like a nice spot as well! Perhaps when I attempt to increase my meager attack and strength I'll go there :).

Can you access this place after completing the quest? or only mid-way though?

If I remember, just mid-way through.
