False positive?

So since Simba 991 was released, Symantec keeps detecting it as a threat to my PC. I have also noticed AVG doing the same.

Just want to know if this is a known issue or not.

its just false positive, probably similar to scar where they eventually got it taken off mcaffe's list (by one of the members here actually).

Its definitely something with delphi, as its a popular language for writing keygens :

Humm alright, I'll see if I can contact the Symantec team tomorrow and get it removed or something like that

Well Ill be stealing your identity soon.
We know you live in Australia.
We know your computer is called PC-Justin.
and we know your name is [J]ustin.
:stirthepot:

But I got this once on my AVG and just said ignore.
The wierd thing about your virus alert says its been seen by less than 50 users.
And it says its untrustworthy? Benland is going to hack us all!

The only difference is that Simba 990 and 991 automatically update in the background. (This can be disabled in the settings)

Maybe they pick that up?

Would make sense, auto downloading a file in the background can seem a bit fishy. >.<
