trying to recover my main's password and it won't take me to the page where i enter all my info…only gives me option to recover with email

so does anyone know how i get my main back? 4 years old

perhaps an email or phonecall? try recovering your email address? i dont think it means you have to put in the email address associated with the account, just an email address they can send the result of the recovery to?

No, the registered email of the account.
You should try to recover the email, if you can't, contact billing supoort and give them all the membership info you have.

do u mean the account info?? My main's email is locked cause of a virus i had. It's f2p purely so i dont have any old membership pin things or anything

Yup recovering your email is a good idea. Always register an email that has security questions in case something like this happens.

Well in my experiences if you enter the wrong email 2 times when recovering (because of something like this happening) then it will take you to the other account recovery where it asks recoveries, mem info, ISP etc, etc. Idk if that is the case anymore but that is what you could do before.

Kevin is correct here. If you get a screen where it asks you for the email address linked to the account (it should say something like "___ tries left" at the buttom and a next button), just keep clicking the next button until it brings you to the other account recovery page.
