I'm 55 range with 1 defence. Is there any monster except cows or men that won't hit me so I don't need to use food and bank?

F2P are very slow experience. Monks can be good at that level if you bot for a substantial amount of hours.

Use narcles fast fight if your script doesn't eat.
Muggers just in the stronghold of security have 10 hp more thn men…
The stairs down haev roaches.. with a lil more hp.. though they hit a tad harder.

There's a pen with a ton rats just outside of varrock.
I found it very good for training up my range.

corpse mages, where i trained for a while, brings about 20k exp per hour, or you could try this http://villavu.com/forum/showthread.php?t=69540, its a bit more exp.
