Probably intentional so the loading thing won't block game content.

When its loading, you can't click on anything. Before it was on top of the Player Info tab. It is meant to be at the top corner. Nothing wrong here bro.

I think they left it like that so it isn't covering the RS Screen, As Harry said.

OT: I'm pretty sure that it is intentional.. as every other person here has said.. if they did decide to fix it, it would probably end up creating a glitch somewhere in the game. Always happens.

I would have to say it's an oversight. They didn't do it on purpose.
