So just 20 minutes ago I log on my brother's account to check something. I thought "hey, might as well do the Squeal of Fortune". So I end up spinning and getting the new item involving 3x EXP I think.

I spun the wheel on one of my f2p mules once and I got like the ceremonial breastplate. It was the only one needed to complete my set on my p2p main. I was pissed.

Yeah I got the herblore x3 exp on one of my f2p mules :S such bs.
The fact that F2P players can receive members items but are unable to claim them is the most annoying marketing ploy Jagex has made. I mean how many people are going to sign up for a months of members to claim that medium exp lamp Jagex? How many?
I also better get the ceremonial boots on my main or I'm gonna be pissed!

Need hat and cape for ceremonial and legs for queens guard. I read that nonmembers get them easier and since they can't claim it yet, they're basically forced to buy members to get it. It's like a big tease! They win all the crap and have to get members to use it.

Also for the 200m glasses and bow, non-members had access to the event right.. guess what? They lose the bow after the event is finished unless they buy members so they can get it back from diango. LOL Jagex logic.

i just got one of these pendants for thieving, but my thieving level is 1 :( also they have a set amount of xp you can earn at 3x proportional the the current skill level.

Yeah they are like replacing medium and Large lamps with the pendants so it also involves YOU doing the skill, not just opening a lamp.

I've still yet to receive any pendant, even on my 2 f2p mules…
