This is a combat training method which can make up to 100k xp per hour at the ape atoll. Here's what the RS wiki said
"If you have a high enough prayer and combat level, these monsters can be used for training. With a high prayer level and combat level, you can get around 100k experience per hour. Use prayer, and when you are out run upstairs and use the altar. Make sure, however, to become a monkey using a greegree or you will be trapped by the larger monkeys up the ladder."

So I was thinking of a script that fights the Zombie monkeys, drinks super sets, uses quick prayers and then recharges at the altar when needed (while equping a greegree).
Would this be a hard script to make?

i AFK'ed 90-99 atk/str/def there in 4 days in dharoks… hitting 700+ and you use the altar downstairs and just stand infront of it, monkeys come to you, no traps…
not MUCH use for a bot. and this area should remain bot free anyway IMHO :P

Well in the dungeon below there is a large amount of Zombie Monkeys so the competition wont be fierce. Thats why I want it to be in the basement, if it was up top with the guards, the place would fill up.

I'll try out what you did tho, seems promising.

The downstairs seems like a pain to run up and down to get prayer. I would just bring an inv full of ppots.
