An email sent 30 minutes after Tuesday's blast at Varanasi, in which the Indian Mujahideen (IM) claimed responsibility for carrying out the terror attack and warned of further attacks, is virtually impossible to trace and has frustrated investigators. The e-mail was sent by getting into
an unsecured wi-fi connection at a house in Navi Mumbai, officials of the state police's ATS said.
The e-mail was then bounced off several servers, with the final internet protocol address leading to a man named Binghui Gao, whose computer was on the China Unicom Heilongjiang Province Network in the Chinese city of Harbin.

guys am aware that the ip is related the the terrorist bullshit but why would a terrorist be hacking a rs account haha thats what i thought,and the ip is proxy proof so no proxy..and has been the same ip hacking me 4 times now i am not backdored he just had my email login an i never noticed

im not sure as to why he'd want it, my guess is just to try and sell for cash. maybe he dumped your login and someone else got on it. not really sure man.

the best advice i have is install Spybot S&D + Malwarebytes after a full reformat of your computer. :P

Why not just reinstall everything off your computer, it's a lot easier and faster and safer then anything.

Yup ^ Lol.. + Download a firewall after you complete the installation ;)
Make a Virtual machine on your computer and put any things you backed up that you think might of gotten you back doored and then get an Ip/Process Monitoring Program to Log everything and start them up 1 by 1 to find out what done it so you don't get back doored again.

maybe to terrorize you? IMO if i was some crazy hacker able to hack anyone i want dont you think id be hacking people and screwing around with they're computer. deleting stuff, hacking ramdom sh**, etc etc. just because i can?
maybe he had a motive to hack whoever he is trying to hack, that guy on the unicom network or whatever it is and everyone else who got infected is just some fun time on the computer? some rest and relaxation, if already have access to your computer why not screw with you?

As has been stated, if he keeps hacking you, he obviously has infected your computer with some kind of malicious software. Even if your Antivirus software shows up as clean, it's possible that the infection file is FUD (Fully Undetectable), and it won't be picked up by antivirus software.

Basically, take any of your personal files that you know are clean (basically anything that you created, or have had in your possession for long before you started getting hacked, or that cannot be redownloaded later on) and back them up to an external harddrive or different computer, and then do a complete clean reinstall of your operating system, and then put your backed up files back on. If it keeps happening, then it's most likely that one of the files you backed up is infected. Best to make sure you only backup and keep files that you cannot afford to lose, or that contain info you cannot get back. Then after that, do another complete clean install of your operating system and make sure that when you put any old files back on, that you know for a fact that they are clean.

Also, after you reinstall the OS, install the free copy of Malwarebytes, and then install the free version of Avast! Antivirus (you can even upgrade to the 20 day premium trial for free). Those should help tremendously with staying safe from viruses.
