I've seen pictures ppl getting 100k+xp / h with powerbot but I guess that's at high levels…

What are the requirements to play it? Can you do it at level 1 rc? I've googled and on rswiki there is nothing written…

1 rc .

Yup there's no requirements, you can go from 1-99 all the way.

Obviously the higher exp rates are at the higher levels as you mentioned.

100k + is at 90+ lvl

Yea, what they said. The people you see that have 100k xp/hr probably have at least 90 runecrafting because it is required to siphon living soul or undead soul. The requirement is 1, but of course you need members to siphon from those that have give the most xp.

I got to level 55 in half a day. From level 1 to 33 its about 20k/h and from 33 onwards its 35k-40k xp/h when you go on the 2nd floor.

This is why rc is now the easiest skill in the game. You can enter the Runespan with 1 rc on a level 3 account, AFK train, get good xp rates, and stay there until 99.
