I'm sure the solution is somewhere, I searched, read threads, and still no success. I went onto the irc and was mocked because I couldnt figure it out, then was given up on. I'm stuck on v6.9 of SMART and attempting to update to v7.2, I've been out of the loop for awhile and don't understand where SMART has gone since I left.
Can someone help me update my SMART to v7.2?
Please Help! Anything other than insulting comments are welcome!

Yeah I tried a while back and couldn't figure it out, but I don't see anything wrong with v6.9 so gave up.

Lol but I'm having issues loading v6.9 its taking forever. Thanks for the comment though

1. download/install newest simba (v.99)
2. download brandon's repo of srl - override current srl include
3. download smart 7.2
4. make sure to move plugins if need be
should work after that

didnt work, after doing everything that was said in the tutorial, I started up a script and everything was fine except smart failed to start and it stated in the command box thingy:

Loading plugin libsmartremote32 at C:\simba\plugins\
Polling for SMARTs
Unable to unregister 0 global hotkey
Unable to unregister 1 global hotkey
Unable to unregister 2 global hotkey

That's weird…but try one thing, don't know if it'll work.

1. Open Simba by itself, just the program as default without a script. Run as Administrator.

2. Open your script from within Simba after it's opened.

Let me know what happens.

@shstiger2009 I did that and it loaded v6.9 … am I suppose to delete the original libsmart.lld? bcuz if i rmemebr correctly ben said the new ones work alongside it…

If it loaded v6.9 your script isn't written for v7.2
The loading routines are different.
