Hello everyone, I want to welcome all of you to a debate which I want to hear all sorts of opinions which might answer some of the people's question. The Runescape Item I want all to debate about is the future price of Dragon Claws.

As you can all see the Dragon claws have been rising and my question is, How much more will they rise? Did you stock on these? How many are you saving to sell later on? Ect. Please post what you think the future of this item will be.

As of the EOC D claws are almost worthless. They might rise back upto around 10m or so, simply because there is still 3 months+ until EOC, but they will continue to fall after the EOC making TD's an almost pointless boss.

its completely useless and i don't see any one it can rise. Because like above said, special attack is removed.

Use brain before merch, thats how you become succesful and not just follow other merch guys :)

I use claws everyday doing slayer, for another 3 months, they are still worth using, i havent played beta, don't care for it. so i have no idea how they will be affected in the future, i am sure they will not be worthless, still may be useful for some things. Surely they wouldn't destroy such a loved weapon.

2 handed melee weapon that aren't at dh/god sword level is useless.

I know this is off topic, but your post reminded me of this commercial I saw. I think it was a car commercial, but can't be sure. Basically a man and woman are talking, and the woman states something that is wrong. The guy asks "Who told you that?" and she replied "The internet, it's not false if it's on there". The guy looks dumbfounded, and a really weird guy walks up and the lady says "He's my date, he's a French model." The "french model" says "Umm…bonjour". (Would be funnier if I could find the commercial xD)

Also, don't buy D Claws now. Wait until they drop.

Honestly, they can't be that stupid to not do something special with them…

It's a statefarm commercial, sadly I can't find it on youtube anywhere, just a lot of twitter comes up in the old google.

OT: they are going to skyrocket.

edit: I suppose I'll tell you why. Just because they are two handed and not as strong as a godsword, doens't make them worthless. Jagex has stated (I CBA to find it atm..) that when wielding them, you will get a new ability "flurry" that is basically the same as the current special attack. Another words, they aren't really losing their spec, and will still have the high DPS capability. I invested 500M in them, and I expect them to double in price (I bought them 6-8M each) to about 20M. :).

Jagex wouldn't introduce a item to then make the item useless. I am sure they have some use for these soon.

Some weapon are not useless, e.g all godswords won't have any special attack, but it will still hit quite well (so expect price of ags to fall dramatically, and all the godswords prices should be fairly equal by the end).

Dragon weapons (maybe apart from halbert and scimitar or d long ) are useless. D long might be used because its easy access, dragon scimitar will be popular too as its one of the upper level weapon that can be dual weild, but other than that. Dragon claws, dds will be completely useless, and whip will definitely rise



Just play beta, and you'll find out what happened.

Well i bough Dragon claws for 8M and they have gone 400k since ive bought them and since ive been lending them, ive made 500k already..
