1. Unfortunately I had to start back doing slayer again, and I must go from 54-65 for "Blood runs deep" How long do you guys think that will take?
2. Should I go with the 9 tasks from the guy in canifis and then on the 10th do the hardest task I can? (Duradel probably) Or just take them all from the hardest? My current cb level is 119.

If you do 2 or 3 tasks a day, you will be 65 before you know it. Just don't expect the levels to come really fast because Slayer is one of the slowest skills.
You should always take tasks from the best slayer master you can. To improve the speed of tasks, pray piety (or turmoil if you have it) during every task and cannon as many as you can. If you don't have a slayer helm, use a black mask until you have the 400 points to get one.
Edit: Just thought I should mention that the reason you use the best master you can is because they assign larger tasks and monsters with more hp, which typically equates to better xp per hour.

From 54-65 slay is 300k xp so if you're earning 10-15k slayer xp per hour, about 20-25 hours.
and Yeah I agree with Andres that you should always use the best slayer master possible
If you have the Jack of trades aura you could get about 5k xp a day using that to for about a 2minutes work. If you didn't do troll invasion yet this month that would give you a good 35k xp too for about 10 minutes of work. Good luck :)

It's pretty easy, just take a quick look at the wiki and see what enemies you should prioritize.
If slayer is your lowest level, you can also do Tears of Guthix, which gives a fair bit of xp.

Wait wait, slayer from level 50-70 shouldn't take more than a week of a few hours a day.
Troll invasion hard is some of the great XP/month!
