So I thought it might be fun to try fight caves and train a bit so that I can get it on my main. Since beta gives you free stuff eh I thought Id give it a try.
All the monsters were bellow lvl 128, and now jad is lvl 140?
Wth??
None of the monsters could hit higher than 140, while we have like 9000HP.
Lets see how weak Jad is… will update soon.

Dunno if its going to be like this, but it blows.

I don't think Jad likes the new combat system.

But Indont think they'll keep him that way. Hopefully they don't.

Jad can hit 900+ so hes combat lvl should be like 900 imo :P

Not really.
Jad has very low defence, and the formula for a combat level relies mostly on defence.

I don't get if it's supposed to be like this or…

They are trying to balance everything and in fact they've ruined it even more.
Seriously it was so easy getting to the end…
None of the monsters could hit past 140 and like out of say 20 hits layed on me, only 1 would hit.
I didnt even have to use prayer until the end.

Maybe it's just a hold.

I think i'll try it a few more times.
Since I haven't tried fight caves since a few years ago, canot be sure.

Slayer is messed up badly too. I finished a task in 10 mins, but only got 1k xp?

Yeah ive noticed very every kill you get 9-10 slayer exp…
That's not normal.

can you level up in beta and will it stay forever or will it revert back to normal once you exit the beta?

beta is alone so what you gain and lose on beta is only in beta.

whereas if you gain levels in the real game, you can then reset your beta account to have the same as your real account

Nerf implies that they are made really weak.

I went into the fight caves on the first day of the beta and ragequit because I didn't know how to use abilities. I should try it again now that I understand the combat system better.

Please be aware that its BETA and it may very well be very undertuned

It can all change but if it stays like that everybody is gonna have a fire cape. They are making the game easier and easier with every update…
