I am looking for a noob account to borrow in order to whip out a script. Requirements are P2P and 45 WC for maple trees. I don't need access to bank, but I probably need a rune hatchet.

Why not just make a new account and get the 2 week trial? Then run a script on normal trees then willows til 45. You'll then have enough money for the hatchet.

Also would you be willing to borrow one with the wc requirement but no mems? Or not really? Plus this one has access to camelot as well.
