From: SeanStar
My name's Sean.

Going to be 17 in 3 days.
I've played RuneScape off and on for the past 7-8 years, more recently I've been into other games like MineCraft. I design websites and test security as a freelancing job. I'm pretty knowledgeable in variety of subjects.

I'm also a pretty likable person, or so I've been told.

Please show us one (or multiple) of your scripts.
I made a Bolt Enchanter script which can be found here: http://villavu.com/forum/showthread.php?t=85780

I also plan to contribute more in the coming weeks.

It took me around a day to learn the basic included functions in the SRL Library and develop my first script, surely I'll be able to learn intermediate and advanced functions in the next month.

Voted No

Your Activity is well below par and you haven't been here long enough.

However, you have quite a decent script and have shown you know how to use DTMs, which is definitely a plus.

My advice is that you get more involved with the community and work on TPA'sand Walking methods before applying again :)

You're on the right track!

It was a great attempt but we are going to need more from you from your script and your community aspect. The script is pretty basic, although completes the task rather well we need more evidence of knowledge of scripting. Perhaps try a slightly more complex script such as a miner with a banker etc.

Also remember SRL members is a community rank, we help the community so we need to see you being active on these forums and being a team player with helping new comers etc.

Try to follow this guide to become a SRL member:

For learning purposes I recommend starting with YoHoJo's video tutorials, informative and they will teach you what you need to know to create a basic/decent script.

For more advanced scripting I would suggest reading these guides:

Also one thing I really think is important is being community focused, you have 3 posts! Posting actively not only shows you genuinely care for the community it also helps your chances of getting accepted.

These guides can help you with that:

Anyway, sorry for the roughness. Good luck.

It's a no from me, sorry. Once you have learnt the more advanced stuff and put it into a script I'm sure that script will give you a better chance of getting members. If it only took you a day to learn the basics then I'm sure it won't be long till we see another more advanced script from you, good luck. :)

I voted yes because i don't want you to get discouraged by getting all no's. Your script is basic, but you are contributing one. I would advise helping out people when they ask questions and being a good part of this community because that's what most members are looking for when we see applications. Don't take this application thread full of no's to the heart, we would just like to see that you are here to help and to learn before we memberize you. You're on the right track
