Hey there, I joined SRL to use Scar a long time ago when I had no knowledge of programming. Now I am back with a deeper interest in world of Computer Science and programming. I know bits and pieces of Java and I am learning Python.
Also, I have a question two questions:
What language does Simba use/read?
Will Simba work on a RSPS like 2006scape?

Yes, Simba is just a program and it can be used with basically anything you like :D but most of its support is for Runescape

Welcome to the community :). The language is Pascal-based. Running on the 06 version I'm not sure? Someone will let you know soon enough ^.^

Currently simba "uses/reads" pascal / pascalscript
it is pretty easy to learn and you can see similar syntax in a lot of other languages (because pascal is so old)
in the future I believe they want to have it work with python too, not sure though
Welcome!

Some scripts have been made for SoulSplit, so I'm guessing it should work for most priavte servers.
Welcome to the community nevertheless.

That would be great, as I'm fluent with Python. That way I could start coding my first bots.
