It's a string/belt holding two plates together protecting just the thighs. Females in RS.. bitch too much about graphics. I don't see why they complain when there is blood and gore in the game

Nicely done on the chaotic set. Last time I botted dungeoneering, I basically maxed out my ring with the bot and got only one chaotic out of (52-104) dungeoneering fml. Now go and max out your ring!
