hey guys this is me agan as u may have noticed my post from last week. am hacked agan they keep changing my rs password. an just that idk wtfs been going on please help out am sure am not ratted

If this is your account, get it locked…
That way they can no longer do anything with the account and you can safley reset all the information.

To secure the account you should reformat your computer and then contact Jagex.
That would be the most direct route :)

i instantly always recover it with email but its some chinese that is on my fken ass trying to take the gold like wtf is this man either a really fud keylogger or a security breach becouse if i was ratted he wulda gotten pin an everything and emails.

Im tellin you if you lock it, then he wont be able to get anything.
IF you are the true owner of that account you will be able to get it back…

Locking it ensures no one but the original user can recover it

yeah but am trying to get rid of this what ever it is.. there no point of locking it he cant get my items anyways

Are you listening to what im talling you…
When you lock it, ONLY you will be able to get back the account, even if he knows whatever information… thats where your IP address comes in hand.

LOCKED accounts work differently.
Only the person with the original IP can unlock an account.
He will instantly be logged out. Thats how locked accounts work…
So your items will be safe…

Save important things to a flash drive, and reformat for the safest.

Just scan your computer just in case, no need to reformat or reinstall anything.
