Is it possible for someone to report other guy for Autoing/botting without him having "chat" or "typing" of any kind to make the Report (you report from ingame text) from?

Yeah it's possible
I think it's only in game chat for rude behavior or scamming spamming

I think you can right click the player in the game and report with the menu

They will just need to enable right-click reporting to report u.
Ingame chat reporting is just added for convenience.

I didn't knew this either.thanks.

As others mentioned, you can right-click report now. The significant difference between the current reporting system and the old one is that you can't simply type in a person's name and report them.

The only way to report (or be reported) is to see them in the chat and select them from the chat menu or right-click report them.

I think they started banning goldfarmers recently since I've gained alot of ranks in a few skills without training it
