After reading that post my short seem to be a little drenched.

I understand that RuneGlider will be 100% color yes? What will set it apart from Simba then? Why would soomeone want to use RG instead of Simba, a very old and established program with a great community that is completely free?

I'm not 'hating' on your project. I'm just curious as to your thoughts behind this, and what will make it better or different than Simba.

It's an include for Simba; similar to MSI.

i have couple of questions are u using online AI systems such as cleverbot and wolframalpha ?

We are not allowed to use Cleverbot, it says so in their TOS. (Or at least I thought I read a topic about this before)

Aha I see now. For some reason I was under the impression that it was going to be a completely new bot. But it's not going to be an AIO script like MSI is I'm guessing.

I'm still confused though. If it's just an include for Simba, but not an AIO script like MSI, why not just make single scripts. I'm not catching on to what exactly this is being made for, or what is going to make this better then just making scripts for Simba like we do now? If it's just going to be pre-made scripts so that it has an epicbot feel, then I don't see the difference in this and what MSI already is.

I imagine (Not 100% positive)
These scripts are simply made by a larger group of scripters (Thus they are scripted with better quality, than a standalone scripter)
These scripts are tested quite a bit
I also imagine these will be what will attract people into SRL community as they will be as great as some of the greatest scripts on the site like Narcle's fast fighter etc.

Looking forward to it. first time i saw this i thought it was some super duper epic aio script.

It's more about the intelligence aspect that could be utilized with Simba scripting, but would require a lot of effort. Therefore leetsxc decided to get a group of people together and make it an organized effort instead. Things like storing/updating character data, bank data, a fully autonomous and constantly updating item/object database, etc. I don't want to give too much away, but there is MUCH more planned.

There will be scripts released specifically for RG, but they will most likely be normal scripts with the "intelligence" of RG tacked on.

This sorta sounds like MSI…instead of building a completely new one, why not improve the one already in place? Or why not work on the unsolved randoms? I guess I'm also confused on what difference there is besides better written MSI scripts..? No hating just also trying to understand

I'm happy to see a topic for RG in the research/dev section; hopefully this will aid in making a stronger core for the forthcoming reality of RG. I'm personally allured into (with some confusion - but it's adding into the allure) the idea.

Thanks for explaining mate. Sounds very interesting indeed. I would suggest not having your own forums however. That's one reason why I thought it was going to be a completely new bot. It kind of splits everyone up if you know what I mean. Just ask an admin to create a subforum like MSI has would be my suggestion.

Not sure if you remember KYAB and all that stuff that happened here. I just feel like having completely separate forums would almost be like that again…

Yeah, based on the new forum and everything, I thought this was a completely new project not related to Simba at all. I agree with making it like MSI, leave it here but make it a new sub forum.

Could I participate in the scripting section (if there is one) ?

I have 3 scripts ready to be added if you want, fully functional money makers.

Then let me be the fifth. Thats the great thing about forums, they allow for multiple people to voice their opinion. Regardless if it's the same or not.

Im gonna have to agree with what other people were saying about considering against having your own forums. If its for simba and will be an include, why not just keep it on villavu? If you move it off villavu it might possibly add to more confusion and more of an opportunity for leechers to just join a separate community instead of being directed here where learning scripting is a pretty well known and constantly mentioned.

Not that you wouldnt enforce this on your own forum but, none the less it seems a bit needless :\

Sorry for the confusion guy's RuneGlider is definitely going to be an AIO Smart Bot, It will definitely include a lot of stuff that will benefit other users like access to our Item Databases for use in your own scripting or designing your own Custom Profiles on Runeglider, by scheduling activity's etc.

The reasons you would want to use Runeglider over other bots would be it's Anti-ban and it's automatic training/questing capabilities. It's Item Collection skills and ability to schedule it 2 train different areas of your character and automatically switch n travel to another destination to complete another one and so on.

It will be AIO in all most all of the skills and will switch things as it goes up levels.
So it's going to be a very human type of bot to do your botting with.

We will have our own forums 2 Join to read all of my Posts and hear me ramble on about things.. on Video so I don't need to spam Villavu with announcements constantly but It would be good to have it's own section if possible for us to post tools for a Global Item Database and Have the Database to Download, tut's on how to use it etc + other tools created for use in SRL as well.

Also clever bot is not being used in it, I have designed my own chat systems and things for Social Intelligence.

Cool, cannot wait for this to use.
