I'd say it would be reasonable if it was $0.01 / $0.005 or something. Time is money, so if it takes any amount of time to get more I don't see how this is scamming :S

Its not scamming, its just helping other people take a advantage in the beta worlds with a incredibly low price of gp.
Sure they wont have the gold later on when beta is done, but for a a couple of dollars they can enjoy beta as much as possible and buy what they want so they can test all their items out.

I don't know why people are saying he is scamming, he is providing a service and is charging people for the service.
It's like taking your car to the mechanic, sure you can try and fix your car yourself and save some money but if you want a mechanic to provide his/her services then expect for them to want something in return.
