Since the creation of Urns and the use of Ashes to level up Prayer, what is the best option to level up Prayer for a F2P? Still Big Bones?

mhm i think so, if your high enough combat you could try the bonecrusher (Edgeville is a nice spot) if its f2p which im not too sure of

It's P2P. Cant get it until your 64 dung because of the tokens you get at that level is the amount needed for the bonecrusher itself.

So for F2P the faster way is to bury Big Bones?

Faster because hill giants are a lot easier killed than lessers, I haven't been f2p for a long time so I wouldn't really know.

Try ashes. Other than that, big bones all the way.
