I love the SRL Community and the people who make it as great as it is but this one particular task in Runescape known as "Bonfires" As all you Firemakers already know most of the Bonfire bots here on SRL don't have the greatest functionality. Not saying it's a bad thing but its just something that people don't feel the need to make a flawless bonfire script. Some work great but wont click the sprites, Some work horribly but will click the sprites flawlessly, But honestly I have tried 5+ Bonfire bots scripted on here and they all stopped within (1-2) hours. I used RiD When the bot nuke first happened, didn't think much of it until I actually purchased my first set of credits and realized its a very well scripted bot. It got my agility from 40-80 in 3 days flawlessly(Before I even knew about Villavu and SRL) But back to the main point the Bonfire bot on RiD Runs flawlessly, It is used in your PoH and utilizes the butler/cert method in building mode. I mean it costs 8 dollars for 100 hours of botting with it which personally I see it being worth it. I have been running the script for 4 hours 32 minutes and 18 seconds and have not had any issues it clicks EVERY sprite always pays the butler and acts like I would personally be doing the bonfires! I know if someone put in the time and effort the Villavu community could have a bot Better than this but like I said Firemaking really isn't a major skill and I understand why nobody would want to put in the time to do it! We are better than RiD I know this for a fact :f: I personally spent 3 days attempting to make a bonfire script that could do what this one can and I didn't come close as I am still attempting to learn the SRL language. I'm just posting this to let the people of Villavu know that there is a bonfire script out there that works wonderfully. To whomever reads this, Please do not take this as an offense to the Villavu community just showing that there are other options. I love Simba I love learning new things and I love Villavu! Soon enough you will see me scripting useful things! So thanks again for reading I hope this information helped you in any way possible.

Advertising other bots is not allowed here sorry.

The best part(s) about SRL are
1) Is something isn't working dive a full and detailed report on what goes wrong/what errors you get on the script's thread, and the script writer will work on fixing it up.
2) Everything is open source, if you learn how to script you can edit and tweak and fix any script you want. Or better yet, make your own!

I know your intentions are good and you are just trying to spread the word about a well working bot (thank you!), but unfortunately it is against the rules.

Just in case I'm slightly wrong… I'll leave this open for a little bit.

I read through the rules… I'm not advertising bots.. telling people to go pay real money for it or anything.. I am just spreading the word and voicing my opinion.. I see nothing wrong with that I will remove the link to the website I'm not advertising. That is not what I am here to do. I posted it in the general area.. I mean if someone can post about the Epicbot dungeoneering pro bot why can't I give my opinion about this?

EDIT: Oh and just to say I followed all of your videos, watched them tens of times and they have helped me so much in my quest to learn how to script. (I'm not sucking up I am just thanking you for your help and a good starting point) I am currently working on a secret project that will hopefully blow the VILLAVU's communitys mind :)

If the author gets paid $8 for every 100 hours of the user's botting, the script in villavu will all be flawless.

Script here are all for free. I think everyone here should need to have the ability to make the script works according to what they want. I mean the script is already there, all you need to do is some fixing and tweaking.

Like I had said in my post, I have attempted to fix and make my own but am having issues I am still fairly new I have made a couple personal bots for myself just to test procedures and functions… All I wanted to do was let the community know about a firemaking bot that is good I dont understand why I am being flamed while three posts down there is a thread worshipping Epicbot.

You look at our posts in the wrong way. Was just pointing out opinions, not flaming in any way. What I stated was why paid scripts are most of the time better than free ones.

we don't mind people talking about other bots:) but just don't blatenly advertise it :)

We know rid and quite a few of us like/used rid.

I apologize it's late and I'm tired I spent a long while writing this thread to inform my fellow members of Villavu about this FM script. I'm not advertising, not getting any sort of personal gain out of this all I wanted to do was let people know about it! I read thoroughly through the rules and what I posted doesn't seem to break any of them except the link to the website itself…

Well I hope they don't delete my thread because you guys think I'm advertising. I see information not advertisement. If my thread gets deleted than so should the one about epicbot. They FORCE you to pay for scripts If you want to bot and they're scripts aren't shiz compared to VIllavus. Im tired good night

Works fine for me. No issues and no missing functionality.

I tried to get that bot to work 10 times, It doesn't start fires, it relies on others fires and due to my lack of time to baby sit a bot and watch it constantly attempt to find a fire it doesn't work for me. It doesn't click the sprites for me and has honestly never ran more than 20 minutes even with the 1.2 update. But everyone is open to their own opinion and experiences.

I didn't want this much attention from this thread honestly. So please just remove it. Clearly all it is causing is conflict and I don't want to be involved in any of it. I try to help and people say I'm advertising. If I was there would be ALOT more to read.

B) fun to learn scripting (try fixing it?)

If you want to pay $8/100hr's then that's your choice. Paid "should" always be better than free at the end of the day. You can't compare them IMO.

Yer hay ^ uno like was said before I guarantee if us SRL Members were getting paid 8$ per user every 100 Hrs! Whoa we'd be like scripting even more Hardcore unfortunately heaps of us have school and job's, Way 2 busy.. which sux
It's probably something really easy to fix tho anyways, I'm sure the script works fine for most.

I didn't pay any money for the bot. I got free credits for winning a competition. I found they had just added a firemaker and wanted to let everyone know. Thats what my intentions were and nothing else, And I'll take you up on that offer! Thanks have a good night I really have to go to sleep or I will be late for work lol :)

Still the same thing. It requires credits which normally cost money. Not everyone can win thus the majority will pay.

It is a shame as sxc said. Holding down a job/school/gym/an actual life then trying to get a solid flawless script is hard. But not impossible with the right knowledge as a lot of members here have demonstrated.

I got 99 using sins edited POH script for bonfires no problem…

I used the one paz posted and got 99 with no issues at all. If you need help setting a script up, you're always free to ask :)

Sins with Ash help we had it on POH since May 16
I had my 99 with Cephax/Erik script which is the one paz linked, it worked perfectly

This is NOT a worship thread… he said because he can't script a good one (I don't know if this is laziness or ability) he is using someone elses… While I question his determination, I also disagree with you guys flaming him.

probably because he isnt allowed to have an image in his sig, thus he tries to recreate his posts to look like he has a sig.

I used sins script for 99 as well, pretty flawless with a few tweaks (I think he fixed them though, so you don't even need to tweak)

I've searched the forum for Bonfire bots coiuntless times and have found nothing usefull that works for me, SIns bot didn't even show up. Its not in the firemaking section of the public scripts so what do you expect me to do when I can't even find the bot…
