Hello everyone, I know that the fact of having summer right around the corner gets everyone all excited. I know everyone has plans for the summer. My plan is that I want to go to a supermarket and buy packs of sodas, water, chips, and maybe some candy and then go sell to a public park near me. The point is that I'm soo confused since I've had a yes and a no of me needing a permit. Please help me out since I have no idea if I need a permit and I don't want to end up getting a ticket or any other issue..
Depends on where you live actually.

I thought you had a big merching plan for RS for the summer ;)
Anyway, I would call your city hall. Whoever you talk to should be able to at least direct you to the right person.
