I unistalled simba then reinstalled simba, then downloaded the 7.1 binaries and put them in plugins

If you are trying to use latest SMART, make sure you download and overwrite your plugins with the plugins posed in Ben's thread.

If people can't figure out how to use the SMART distributed with Simba, probably shouldn't even mention the latest SMART since it requires a lot of manual setup and code changing still.

Just delete you C\Simba folder, and re-follow the official install guide.
