Technically, every name is rare because they're all one of a kind ;)

But really, that's a pretty good name. Just don't expect anyone to pay you anything for it, if that's what you're hinting at when you ask if it's rare.

Well names that are 3 or less then 3 letters with no numbers is often seen as rare
