I'm F2P
At what levels should I stop botting the following Skills?

Mining
Smithing
Magic
Prayer
Crafting
Runecrafting
Firemaking

Depends on what u are trying to do with that account? Play legit when maxed? (though i dont know what a maxed f2p can do) Most ppl just go for 99/200m, why even stop at a certain lvl?

Stop botting when reach a certain level and then play legit for money making or go memb

Mining - I doubt you can get this far. - Pointless unless you want to mine Gold (LRC)
Smithing - Superheat - 99
Magic - ^ same
Prayer - don't. Do other skills.
Crafting - 60 atleast
Runecrafting - 70 atleast
Firemaking - Easy so 99

Won't 99 Magic and 99 Smithing get me a high risk of ban?

Superheat until 99 mage, that will get you 85 smith too. Crafting, RC and FM can go all the way to 99 easily. Can be hard to find a crafting script though.
Do mining until 77 or so and then get members, you can mine concentrated gold/coal and make bank. I personally got to 88 mining on my main in f2p by mostly powermining iron and using my own script for the last 1m xp.

prayer is too expensive in f2p, just use your lamps on it.
mining: 80(so you can do lrc when p2p)
firemaking: 99
magic 99 with steel bar superheating.

Superheat at Damoenheim (the dungeoneering place) world 7 . No randoms and theres so much peope i doubt u'll get caught.

dont do prayer
magic as high as you want
crafting 60-70ish
mining 70 is easily doable, 80 if you want to LRC right away in membs
Smithing - just do superheat as they said, you will get for whatever time you spent on it
RC - runespan to 54 (laws) or 66 (death esswraith)
FM - if you're F2p pure, then 99, if you will turn P2P some point, then 45, because you get to use maple bonfires to get charms, which should give you a lot of charms for summoning training ;)
