Provide some part of the code? There's not much help anyone can do if you don't. If all else fails, check out the F.A.Q.'s thread and see if there's a simple solution.

I also have this problem. I did every step solution in the F.A.Q including installing 10 different versions of java. Also just running msi wont work. Therefore its nothing to do with the script.

Try installing C++. And java 6. Remember to remove java 7.

Hmm, you could also try reinstalling Simba and updating everything again/running Simba as admin. Could also try reinstalling java 6u32 as mentioned :P
