Hello Villavu Community,

I have been botting Firemaking for a few days now (going well) and I was just wondering… If I bot on a script for an hour or two, stop for an hour then switch to another Firemaking script (which is also stable), will it decrease me chances of getting banned?

I also pretty much baby sit the bot all the time also, so I reply when people talk and join in with conversations.

Definitely. It's probably not necessary if you're babysitting, and you can wait much longer than 1-2 hours before switching. Maybe every 6hr logout or something along those lines.

Both scripts do things in a slightly different way. Thus adding randomness into your game time. No human does the same thing over and over. More randomness decreases detectability (as long as both are stable scripts).

i would suggest not switching scripts because that would look like youre switching your way of doing it instead of doing the same thing that you always do. in my opinion, if you run a script and even talk once in a while, but take good breaks youre fine. i botted my 99 fm without saying a word or switching scripts and i havent been banned, so i think youre fine

I would say it depends on your total level. If you are a lvl 3-30, you could get reported just because you do not respond. This is why I like my little anti ban that looks for your name being said, and if it finds it, it will log you out. Also, let the people whos scripts you use know how you like their script, and if you find problems.

I rather add breaks into the script and every time you take a break just walk around other towns and change your clothes and get back to it :)

I find a lot of scripts you can easily find good spots to "pause" and do a custom made up anti-afk or chat to friendly mate works well. For example, After f(l)etching a round, Or opening the bank and depositing are examples I use.

Especially with popular/used ones, they probably look for a couple traits like same tight paths, etc. Just how I feel is best.

I would just change up the wait times (make it vary more/vary less)
