Ok so when i unzip it, which stuff do i put where so i can run 7.1 and not 6.9?

In the plugins folder. But chances are if you couldn't figure that out, any further problems you have will be related to your lack of understanding. Might want to wait for an official release of the functions to use the v7.1. BTW v7.1 only works with Simba 0.99 and up (recent release candidates also work).

well how dafaq do i get .99. i could never find it on wizzup.com or on here.
