I am wondering how to install the SMART 7.1 binaries? Everyone seems to assume everybody knows.

All you need to do is extract the folder to MyComputer > C Drive > Simba > Plugins

Only the one that suites your windows version. If your OS is 32bit version, then extract only 32bit one.

Just extract everything, it will only use what it needs to use. (In everyone's case 32 bit).
@Im New Sry, that is not true actually. Simba/SMART only work in 32 bit versions right now I believe. Although 64 bit versions exists, they aren't all fully functional.

Should contain binaries from http://villavu.com/forum/showthread.php?t=81113 along with the SRL Randoms .dll files and it should work.

FYI v7.1 won't work with Simba version pre 0.99-rc4
