Got maxed today :) I'm just wondering if:
'So, if you have at least level 99 in all your skills (or you know someone who does), and you/they don't have access to the HLF yet, please post the account name here for us to see!
We'll check back on the thread regularly and once we confirm the account has the requisite 99's, we'll grant it access & hide the post to let you know it's done.'
Is that a bot check? Obviously a lot of people are maxing nowadays but I am wondering if people check if it is actually legitimate levels or not?

Nobody knows, I'd rather play legit for about a month and then post there.

I didn't even know there was a high level forums until this post. I bet they all just troll around going "I am a old rs player you n00bs have it so easy to level!"
Also I doubt if you botted your skills to 99 that you would even do legit because it's too hard to stop once you get started! :D

I wouldn't worry about it too much. If you were going to be banned, it probably would have happened already.

Thats the thing though, they say specifically they CHECK, but idk if im just going into it too far or if they just highscore u lmao… Anyone know anyone who botted substantially and got access to high level forums? It makes sense they could check to stop botters getting on their sanctuary =/ where they talking bout stopping botters etc

I think you're best off chilling for over a month gradually decreasing your xp earned each day till its not a lot then applying.
Who currs? They haven't found out you are botting yet and nothing they do will determine if you are botting within a few days.
I doubt they really check whether or not you "botted" your skills. Can you even define botting when your maxed? Considering you spent the same amount of time in game to get those levels as a bot would. Just not as quickly. I have over 12 99s from bot/scripts and I have had no issue and I have talked to Jmods at events before. Don't worry so much.
Unfortunately jagex's parent company is too greedy to ban any member that bots.
