SMART wont stop "Popping up"

If i go and play a PC game, it will Minimize and SMART will show up.

How do i stop this?

I'm trying to use Preem

I'd like to bump this.

It does not happen to me on my laptop but it does happen on my new desktop. I haven't really found a solution except for clicking off until it stops. I almost always use SMART manager now so I can hide Simba and the SMART window.

I believe I saw another thread about this one time with quite a few replies. From what I remember no one really had a real solution for it.

Uninstall everything to do with Java.. Install: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jdk6-downloads-1637591.html


JDK u33 x32/86. Run as administrator. If that doesn't work still.. Run Simba in compatibility mode.

I know why it pops up :) …….. Uninstall the crappy java 7… and put Java 6 back on

Is that the only solution? I was wondering why it's always interrupting me :\

I have a problem with Java 6 in that it won't let me type in SMART, for some reason. Typing is fine on Java 7 but I get the annoying focus grabs there.

An easier solution for you would be to start whatever PC game you are trying to play,
Go to Task Manager>Processes.

Find your game and right click it and set priority to high.

As far as i know, thats only to do with resource and CPU prio, not focus grabbing, so would have no effect
