For a script I have, I changed the properties as to enable "fail safe" mode.
Whenever I exit SMARTManager, it completely disregards whatever changes I made under script properties. Any ideas?

Talk about SMART Manager in the SMART manager thread.
It's a 3rd party program and has it's own thread for discussion.
