Currently I can't get any of the ape atoll or advanced barb scripts to work flawlessly on SRL. I am seriously considering buying the PRO Agility script on that site so I can finish the X Agility levels I need for my max cape. Is it really true that Epicbot will hack you?
I am also prepared to transfer all my stuff to a mule while I bot agility and after I get 99 Agility, transfer the stuff back and then change my password and PIN. In the Epicbot client I would never insert my PIN in, so if they did decide to hack me, they could not access my bank.
Also is it possible they could install a keylogger/RAT while using the client? Please give an advice/experiences you have about Epicbot.

They can install a keylogger or a RAT if you download and run it. If it isn't open source don't use it. They could just wait until you transfer your stuff back then take it all.

As long as your download the client from the right site and only that, then your fine. I used the agility to get 99 last week. Really good script. Currently doing dungeoneering. Been a member on EB for almost 2 years now and no issues on there. Other sites though, yup, even here i had 1 small problem but thats what recovery questions are for.

Even if they did install a RAT on my comp, I was getting so desperate I would have just reformatted my comp after I maxed. If Advanced Barb Course worked for me, I would have had max cape 1 week ago.

worth the risk u may say but… they could go after stuff thats not rs related (bank info etc) but i ssee what u mean with injection being so much quicker but i find that simba is safer and alot nicer to work

ive used epicbot before and never been hacked but alot of people say they have, so its safer to stick to simba which is open source. if your having problems getting the script working just post the errors and someone might be able to help you.

It's not that injection is faster, but its the fact that SRL agility scripts won't even work for me lol. And if they did go for bank info, they could get in a LOT of trouble.

to be honest i'm really not sure with epic bot.
before the nuke, epicbot was my first bot and it worked amazingly and had no problems.
after the nuke when it came back out again, i started using it for mining and left it overnight, when i checked in the morning my dragon pickaxe was gone.
i've never had any problems before with hacking or anything and i had nothing harmful on my computer.
it was really strange tho, i checked my computer and i was still logged in and on the epicbot client, but i was stood at the falador loadstone with my d pickaxe gone.

i missfrased that looking back, simba scripts are reliable and nice and friendly but i find for quick tasks such as superheating injection has an advantage
Totalkillz Advanced Gnome isn't working well for me either, but I think i've found a good free alternative script that is not Epicbot's

You'll be hard pushed to find an active user on these forums who supports epicbot(or similar) because they are all closed-source and whether true or not have large reports of their users being hacked, even if not instantly/while they are still using the bot, but somewhere along the line, alot of their users get hacked.
Granted they work very efficiently and their communities don't expect you to give anything back after an initial investment. But, use at your own risk, I won't be.
Not to mention that this community is a much nicer and more welcoming place compared to any other cheating forum out there.
